Happy Trans Day of Visibility!

Happy Trans Day of Visibility!

Hey everyone! I just wanted to write a quick little something for TDOV! As a nonbinary person, this day is extremely important to me and all my nonbinary and binary trans friends alike. Today is the day where the general public is forced to acknowledge our existence in this world, even if they don’t think it’s right. We’re put into the spotlight and acknowledged for who we are, and I think that’s beautiful.

I understand not everyone is out, so not everyone can celebrate openly, and I want you to know that that’s okay. It’s okay to just be happy on the inside while you see all the wonder trans positivity floating around. This is my first year being able to celebrate openly and proudly, and you will be able to too someday.

If anyone is struggling, feel free to┬ácontact me through my twitter; a link to there is on the homepage of this site. I know that seeing all of this positivity and everyone coming out can be difficult if you’ve had a tough time with your own identity. Trust me, I completely understand that and I’m here to listen if you need it.

I just wanted to say happy Trans Day of Visibility to all of my trans readers, and I hope it’s a wonderful one for all of you. I’ll see you all in my next post!
